Liquor shop salesman shot dead for charging Rs 10 more

Greater Noida, Mar 29 (IANS): Criminals have gunned down a salesman at a government liquor shop here allegedly after being charged Rs 10 extra for beer by the deceased, police said on Thursday.

The incident took place on Wednesday night in Aichar village of Greater Noida, said Vineet Jaiswal, Superintendent of Police (Rural), Gautam Buddh Nagar.

The deceased, Kuldeep, 25, a native of Bulandshahr, worked as a salesman at the liquor shop.

The incident occurred around 9.45 p.m when two criminals arrived at the shop to buy liquor.
