Mulayam Singh files nomination papers

Mainpuri (Uttar Pradesh), Apr 1 (IANS): Samajwadi Party founder Mulayam Singh Yadav on Monday filed his nomination papers for the Lok Sabha elections here in Uttar Pradesh.

The former Defence Minister has won the seat four times in the past: 1996, 2004, 2009 and 2014.
