Robert Vadra gets bail in money laundering case

New Delhi, Apr 1 (IANS): A court here on Monday granted bail to Robert Vadra, the brother-in-law of Congress President Rahul Gandhi, in a money laundering case.

The Enforcement Directorate, which questioned Vadra several time, had opposed the bail saying his custodial interrogation was necessary for the probe.

Special Judge Arvind Kumar allowed Vadra's anticipatory bail in the case related to his ownership of overseas assets worth 1.9 million pounds to evade tax.

The court also allowed anticipatory bail for his aide Manoj Arora.

The court asked them to furnish a personal bond of Rs 5 lakh each and one surety of a similar amount each.

They have been ordered not to leave the country without permission and join the probe whenever required.

The court also ordered the accused not to tamper with the probe or try to influence witnesses in the case.

Congress was accused of looting so much of amount, that if we had the amount in the denomination of Rs.500, placing it vertically it could have reached 10times the size of Himalaya and if it was horizontally kept, it could have spanned over entire India.

Modi led BJP may not have kept quite for all the 5years, it may have digged to find even Rs.500 of all the amount it claimed as looted. A guilty verdict against Gandhi's could have flattened entire party.
But, Modi failed to find anything. It proves very very clearly, the accusation of corruption against Gandhi's is an absolute lie.

Therefore, it is important Modi led BJP must be defeated spreading the lies and making people believe them.

Please read the court judgement properly:
"The court asked them to furnish a personal bond of Rs 5 lakh each and one surety of a similar amount each."
"They have been ordered not to leave the country without permission and join the probe whenever required."
"The court also ordered the accused not to tamper with the probe or try to influence witnesses in the case."

Court not dismissed the case, just gave anticipatory bail means there is some substance in the case.
    Wait till the outcome.
