Udupi: Festivities at Renovated Yellur Sri Vishwanath Temple Draw Large Crowds

Udupi, Mar 11: The festivities that have been going on at the renovated Sri Vishwanath Temple, Yellur, since the past few days have attracted people from all over the district.
A large numbers of devotees are flocking to the temple ahead of the ‘Brahmakalashotsav’ and are partaking of free food on all days of the religious celebrations.

‘Satyanapuratasiri’, a dance recital was performed by Vidushi Sharada Manishekar of Sanatana Natyalaya, Mangalore, and ‘Natyollasa’ a classical and folklore performance was given by Balakrishna Manjeshwar and troupe of ‘Natya Nilayam’, which enthralled a large number of viewers on Tuesday March 10.
Over 1 lac devotees are likely to attend the ‘Brahmakalashotsav’ and ‘Nagamandalotsav’ at the temple here on Thursday March 12.
