Rafale judgment proves Modi misled SC: Kejriwal

New Delhi, Apr 10 (IANS): Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday said the Supreme Court's Rafale judgment shows that Prime Minister Narendra Modi misled the apex court over the issue.

"Modiji was saying everywhere that he got a clean chit in the Rafale matter. The judgment the SC gave today shows that Modi has stolen from the deal. He cheated with the army and to hide all this, he mislead the Supreme Court," Kejriwal tweeted in Hindi.

The Supreme Court in an unanimous judgment on Wednesday rejected the preliminary objections raised by the central government, as a result the Rafale review petitions will now be heard on merits. The court will look into the documents published.

BJP has itself confessed that it has presented a false report after SC's first decree and public outrage from the verdict. If this is not wilful concealing, suppression and hiding of facts to you then you will be the witness when Modi has lost everything.

No matter how much the Modi Govt tries to remain in denial, the Truth will finally come out. I am sure the next Govt will order a JPC as well as CBI probe so that the country can get to know the truth. The Supreme Court will also do the same since the Anil Ambani mystery will also be probed by the Court.

You are right. If Modi has nothing to hide, he has nothing to lose. Let's see, and hope the SC fast tracks the case; it might decide the election to LS.
