Mangaluru: Srinivas Institute of Technology, SVEEP create voting awareness through 'jaatha'

Mangaluru, Apr 13: The Srinivas Institute of Technology, in association with district SVEEP committee organized a 'Jaatha' to create awareness among voters on voting, in and around Valachil village.

Students and staff of Srinivas Institute of Technology participated in the 'jaatha'.

Dr Ananth Rulkarni, SVEEP coordinator of the college welcomed the gathering.



Dr Shivkumar G S, vice principal, said that first time voters should come in large numbers for voting for a strong democracy.

P Rakesh Mallya, NSS officer thanked the gathering.
