Ready for anything to save India from Modi-Shah: Arvind Kejriwal

New Delhi, Apr 14 (IANS): Asked about a possible alliance with the Congress in Delhi, AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday said he and his party are ready to do anything to save the country from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP President Amit Shah.

Speaking to the media after a meeting of the opposition parties to discuss the issue of EVM malfunctioning in the ongoing Lok Sabha polls, Kejriwal said that the country was in danger.

"The country is in danger and to save the nation from Modi-Shah duo we are ready to do anything. The efforts will continue till the end," the Delhi Chief Minister said.

The talks between the Congress and the AAP for an alliance in Delhi is said to be still on despite the Aam Aadmi Party's insistence on an alliance in Haryana and Chandigarh as well.

    The largest democracy of the world must be saved now. The Modi Shah dictatorship under the religious banner has already undermined Indian democracy in the last five years. What India needs is a mass movement and not just political statements to the media. The democracy loving and secular Indians must come forward in large rallies as Mahatma did to save India from colonialism.

    The Modi Shah duo had a free ride over the 5 years and there was no concrete ground up mass cry. The opposition now has very limited time to organize and roll up in the streets of India to create an awareness that there must be a change in the government. This can be only achieved by mass rallies throughout India.

    The opposition battles within opposition must be put aside to a common cause or else Indian democracy will be no more. There is still time for secular Indians to organize and rally.
    Indias democracy must be saved now and not later. In 2019 Indians must deny the PMS office to Modi Shah duo and choose a leader that is right to lead secular and democratic India. The time is now to begin Save India campaign. Bharat mata kho Zindabad.ad
