Fri, Mar 20 2009This is how religious festival should be celebrated. They have a combination of colours & the participants make the crowd feel at ease. Religious celebration should radiate peaceful environment & not a battle like situation with Dacoit Mangal Singh like threatening fore-head ‘Tikas’.
