Policeman injured in grenade attack in Kashmir


Srinagar, Apr 19 (IANS): A policeman was injured on Friday in a grenade attack by militants in Jammu and Kashmir's Kulgam district.

Police sources said the militants hurled a grenade at the Damhal Hanjipora police station.

"A constable has sustained a minor injury. The area has been cordoned off for searches," said a police officer.
