The terror groups get funded from the aids and loans given by countries like US, Saudi Arabia, China etc for the defense of some of the countries. But the recipients instead of using those funds for which they were given, they hand out a portion, even a large portion, to the terror groups. This nexus between aid receiving countries and terror groups is evident. That is causing all the terror in the world. Hence the aid giver should be careful.
