Radial or French wells and desilting water bodies is the long term solution. Many cities in Gujarat have done it successfully.People get drinking water in spite of low rainfall and dry rivers. Do not wait till next summer start now. At the moment water rationing is the only short term solution and our DC had taken a right decision. We should cooperate with the administration.
