Kaup: Life threats over phone - Former cop Anupama Shenoy files complaint

Kaup, May 11: Former police officer, Anupama Shenoy, a resident of Uchila near here, has filed complaint in Padubidri police station, alleging that she has been receiving death threats over telephone. She has named the callers as Asif, Haneef, and two others.

"The accused have been making calls via internet. They have often warned me that they would not spare me if I do not pay them money. Besides posing threats, they also have used abusive language against me," she claimed.

 

Asif had, sometime back, filed complaint against Anupama Shenoy, accusing her of creating Facebook posts that are against Islam.
