BJP's east Delhi candidate Gambhir casts his vote


New Delhi, May 12 (IANS): Cricketer-turned-politician Gautam Gambhir, who is also the Bharatiya Janata Party candidate from east Delhi on Sunday voted here.

Gambhir and his wife voted at a polling station in Old Rajendra Nagar area.

He is pitted against Congress's Arvinder Singh Lovely and Aam Aadmi Party's Atishi in a triangular contest.

All seven Delhi Lok Sabha seats are polling on the day. The BJP had won all the seats from the national capital in the 2014 Lok Sabha polls.
