Modi won Lok Sabha polls by lying: Rahul

Kalpetta (Kerala), Jun 8 (IANS): Congress President Rahul Gandhi said here on Saturday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi won the Lok Sabha elections by telling lies.

"Modi won the election by telling lies and spreading hatred. But we will deal with him with truth, love and affection," Gandhi said while addressing a rally here in his parliamentary constituency of Wayanad, which he won with the highest ever margin recorded in Kerala.

He began his constituency tour by visiting the Wayanad Lok Sabha member's office at the Collectorate office where he spoke to several people.

"My doors are open to all the people in Wayanad and it's my responsibility to solve the issues of the people here," he told the people.

Gandhi was seen interacting with the people who came to see his road show at Kalpetta.

He arrived in Wayanad on Friday to thank the electorate. Gandhi will hold two more road shows on Saturday.

The Congress President is being accompanied by state party President Mullapally Ramachandran, Leader of Opposition Ramesh Chennithala and AICC General Secretary (Organisational) K.C. Venugopal.

    Exit poll is based on the opinion of the voters.it was given clear majority to Modi in all most all survey.there is no point in blaming EVM. for self satisfaction we can do it.

    Exit polls and the corresponding results both in 2014 and 2019 clearly points to the EVM Gutala. I am sure the truth will one day finally come out that EVM's were hacked to hijack democracy in India. With such strong anti incumbancy across the country against the central govt and especially Modi, such sponsored victories with the help of EVM's with such wide victory margins clearly indicate that both the 2014 and 2019 elections have been rigged and Democracy reduced to a farce.

    It will be nice to understand a few issues with regard to the Lok Sabha Elections where the Central Election Commission played the dominant role and the BJP won a landslide. Within a week of the Lok Sabha elections the Karnataka urban body and local body elections were held by the state election commission and state EVM's and ballot papers were used and the Congress won almost a landslide if the votes polled by the JDS their coalition partner are also considered.

    The Greatest Democracy, The United States of America has reverted to the use of Ballot Papers in their elections as the EVM's used were found to be totally unreliable. Given the controversies surrounding the EVM's in India in every elections held since the General elections in 2014 and now in 2019, The Largest Democracy in the World should also revert to the use of Ballot papers in every future elections in India to save and protect Democracy.

    This will ensure that the True Will of the people of India Prevails and that Democracy is not hijacked by the reported E hacking and E tampering of the Electronic Voting Machines.

    Lets say No to EVM's and a Big Yes to Ballot Papers.

    Whatever may the Congress and Mr.Rahul Gandhi says, but true journalism of India has not reported the true fact on the EVM's.

    Those who have missed, The Election Commission first uploaded ‘final’ data, called them provisional after mismatches were reported and then deleted them. Now EC has put up a fresh set of data which ‘match’ .
    There are serious discrepancies in the two sets of data in 373 constituencies which went to polls in the first four phases of the election. What’s even more serious is that the Election Commission, according to the website, removed the data from its website eciresults.nic.in after the news portal contacted the national poll body seeking clarifications.
    1. Why did the EC upload votes poll data as final data for the first four phases?
    2. Why did they remove the data?
    3. Why is the EC silent about these discrepancies, do they have something to hide? And last,
    4. What is causing these significant discrepancies... are EVMs malfunctioning?

    “Would you trust a bank that showed different numbers in your bank statement than your actual transactions?”

    EVM, EVM It was all allegations and nothing has been proved. The reason for the Congi defeat is right in front of you. Despite such a humiliating defeat he has not learnt anything. Next time even Sonia, Priyanka all have to find a safe constituency in Kerala for victory to be in politics. He has already started handing huge majority to BJP in 2024. ..

    Doubts on EVM are first raised by BJP until the machines are started working for it. Please go an read the GVL Narasimha Rao author of' Democracy at Risk' who is also the president of the party.

    Today Veteran leader LK Advani and Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swami don't talk about it who raised the same questions which opposition is raising.

    Will, you believe your bank for account statement or Election Commission which uploads the result as final and then retract saying it is only 'provisional'?

    It is something Education board declare your outstanding academic Son/daughter fail while he/she is the confidence of getting a distinction.
