Ganguly's mother discharged

Kolkata, Jun 20 (IANS): Sourav Ganguly's mother, Nirupa, was on Wednesday discharged from a city hospital after she was admitted for a heart ailment, family sources said.

"She is fine and has been released from hospital," a family source said.

Ganguly returned from England to attend to his mother who is in her seventies.

Ganguly is scheduled to head back to England on Tuesday, ahead of India's match against the West Indies.
