Mangaluru: Orientation session held for 1st year student at Milagres College

Mangaluru, Jun 22: Orientation session was held for the first year students of Milagres College on June 19 in the college auditorium.

The programme began with the prayer which was led by principal Fr Michael Santhumayor.

The chief guest for the session, Manjunath Shetty, ACP, traffic, Mangaluru north sub division, other dignitaries on the Fr Michael Santhumayor, principal Milagres College, and Prof Lourdusamy, academic advisor, were present.

The programme was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the dignitaries on the dais.



Prof Lourdusamy, academic advisor, welcomed and introduced the chief guest.

Chief guest Mr Manjunath Shetty, ACP took over the session. He gave guidelines to the students on traffic rules, asked the students to wear helmets and to keep the required documents in the vehicle. He also spoke on drug, smoking, alcohol addiction and ragging.

The programme was compered by Glanciya Roche, lecturer, Milagres College.
