Mangaluru, Jun 22: The investiture ceremony of Ryan International School for the academic session 2019-2020 was held with great pomp and dignity y in a special ceremony at the School Indoor Stadium. The event was presided over by the ASP Srinivas Gowda, Panambur. It was conducted with the high degree of earnestness and passion.

The investiture ceremony signifies the reliance and confidence that the school consigns in the newly invested office bearers. Donning the mantle of accountability, they also pledge to bestow their duties to the best of their abilities. We believe that the child centric approach will frame a responsible citizen.

The ceremony was held with lots of zeal and zest. It was commenced with the Lord’s Prayer and prayer song.



 

The leaders were conferred with badges and scarfs by the honourable chief guest Srinivas Gowda. The students’ council took the pledge to hold the school motto of Loyalty, Truth and Honour in high esteem. Principal Helen Lobo administered the oath to the office bearers. The chief guest congratulated them and urged them to be impartial and honest in discharging their duties. He also exhorted them to uphold the values. He reminded them that with position comes responsibility towards themselves, their school and peers and struggles help one to achieve heights.

The principal also appreciated and congratulated them. She advised them to be role models and extended a supporting hand to the students’ council for the smooth running of the school. The function concluded with the National Anthem.

Amshitha Shetty compered the programme, Monisha welcomed the gathering and Babitha rendered the vote of thanks.
