Patna, Jun 27: The doctors in Bihar are facing backlash for negligence in the case of a boy who fractured his hand. The incident occurred at a government hospital in Bihar.

According to sources, a young boy called Faizan, resident of Hanuman Nagar in Darbhanga district fell from a mango tree and fractured his left hand. The boy was then admitted to Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, in a strange turn of events, the doctors applied the plaster on the right hand instead of the left.

“I tried telling him while they were giving the treatment but they did not listen to me and put the plaster on the wrong hand,” Faizan said.

Bihar health minister Mangal Pandey has ordered an investigation into the matter and stated that an action against the doctors will be taken. Considering the already sensitive state of Bihar in the light of the AES outbreak, a case such as this has infuriated the people.
