Mangaluru: Bahubhasha Ranga Adhyayana Kendra inaugurated at SAC

Mangaluru, Jun 29: The inauguration of Bahubhasha Ranga Adhyayana Kendra, St Aloysius College (Autonomous) was held on Friday, June 28 in LCRI Block of the college. Ron Rodricks, London, Konkani cine actor inaugurated the Kendra.

During the academic year, Kannada, Tulu, Hindi, Malayalam and Konkani languages have been selected for Bahubhasha Ranga Adhyayana Kendra to learn and practice the literature of all these five languages and also train intensively to perform plays in these languages.

Flora Castelino, lecturer and coordinator gave the glimpses of the activities of the Bahubhasha Ranga Adhyayana Kendra during the academic year 2019-20. Principal Dr Praveen Martis presided over the programme. Renita Aranha, president of Konkani Sangha, Sr Trinita Ferrao and Flexan Lobo were present on the dais.



Jessica Louis and Deon Fernandes compered the programme. Flexon Lobo welcomed the gathering and rendered the vote of thanks.
