Mangaluru, Jun 29: The Annual General Body meeting of St Agnes School was held on 27 June 2018 in the PU college auditorium at 2.30 pm. The programme was led with a prayer and welcome dance. The Principal, Sr. Maria Gracilda welcomed the gathering and briefed everyone about the aims and objectives of the PTA.
The chief guest Elsie Tharein addressed the audience on “effective disciplining” of children. The first three toppers of the SSLC exam for the year 2018-2019 Leanne Mariel Coelho, Alisha Ruth Saldanha and Unnathi K. Shetty were felicitated with cash prize and trophy.
Teacher representatives shared their expectations from the side of the parents and students. In turn, parents put forth their expectations from the school.
The meeting ended with a vibrant vote of thanks by Sr. Venitha and Tr. Amitha. This year’s meeting was greatly appreciated by parents as it emphasized on order in the school.
