CBI searches 22 places across West Bengal


New Delhi, Jul 1 (IANS): The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday searched 22 places in West Bengal as part of its investigation into the Land Agro chit fund case, officials said.

A senior CBI official told IANS: "The raids are being conducted at 22 locations spread in seven districts including Kolkata."

The official said that several incriminating documents had been seized.
