Five-year-old gang-raped by minor boys

New Delhi, July 4 (IANS): In a shocking incident, two minor boys gang-raped a five-year-old girl in the national capital.

According to the police, the accused, aged 11 and 10 years, as well as the victim lived in the same area in Kapasera near the Delhi border.

"The kids were playing in the park on Monday night. The two boys then caught hold of the girl and took turns to rape her. The girl's mother happened to reach the park and the boys fled," said a police officer on Thursday.

The police rushed the girl to a hospital where her examination confirmed rape. She was warded in the hospital for a day.

A case under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) has been registered. The accused were apprehended on Tuesday and sent to a juvenile correction home.

    I have a suggestion here.

    10-11 year olds are KIDS in my eyes as far as I have seen in my FAMILY or anywhere. They are generally innocent and still learning things.
    In this case, I question the parenting of these Devil kids.
    Punish their parents till those 2 boys attain the age of 18 and then release them and when these boys are 18 “CASTRATE” them on their 18th Birthday, 12:00 AM.

    5 years angel needs our prayers and her parents need our support.

    What punishment one can give to these minor boys who are of just 10 and 11 year old??

    Horrible society..... These things are happening only coz in today's modern world vulgarity is become open in front of our eyes, right from dress code to easily accessible pornography as well our modern days movie culture (not all but many)...

    The openness and immorality has gone to such an extent, that there are few parents and elders who while watching TV along with kids, if any obscenity or vulgar scene arrives, irrespective of changing the channel they watch such things in front of little kids.... Shameless!

    We used to hear such cases of minors of tender age indulging in sexual act in western countries quite often due to early education on sex subject in classes, but unfortunately such immoral trends have hit our country.

    Is it something to do with our today's generation food habits??? Eating junk food, resulting in brain and heart thinking and behaving like junk???

    We as parents should teach and guide our kids from childhood with proper foundation of moral teachings... Rest how they turn and what path they choose (good or bad) after grownup is up to them. The first school (Madarasa) of any child is their mother.

    May Almighty God provide all of us guidance. Ameen

    The main cause for these crimes are television advertisements and some vulgar films. Such ads and films should be banned.

    First time ever we are coming across that 10-11 year aged boys having sex/raping. Un believable!
    Our times we could whisper sexology among friends only after entering the college door steps.
    Sex crimes are taking place beyond our imagination. The boys must have accessed parents mobiles or through any other friends. They need counseling and religious guidance.
    Such things should not have taken place in the first instance.
    How the girl would accept trauma and psychological impact in her life. OMG.

    Yes.This is the truth that no one wants to admit.Need to ban porn sites which are easily accesible to children.It's shame that when govt does it's duty, people come out and protest in the name of " personal liberty".Govt should reconsider the decsion to ban again.The govt cannot monitor on whatsapp, and other social medias as it's been used extensively as a tool to share these videos.Nothing will change unless we take things seriously and act upon it.
