Gunfight in J&K's Shopian


Srinagar, Jul 5 (IANS): A gunfight started on Friday between the security forces and militants in Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian district, police sources said.

The gun battle is raging in the orchards of Narwani village of Imamsahab area. It started jsut as the security forces approached hiding militants.

"Two to three militants are believed to be hiding there," the police sources said.
