Tata Motors to supply over 200 SUV Hexa units to Bangladesh Army


Mumbai/Dhaka, Jul 8 (IANS): Automobile major Tata Motors on Monday said it will supply over 200 units of the Tata Hexa four-wheel drive SUV to the Bangladesh Army.

According to the company, it has won this order against other competitive brand SUVs and "this has been the first key order from the Bangladesh Army".

Tata Hexa is being made available exclusively for the use of the Armed Forces and is currently not available for purchase by private customers.

The company has been selling passenger vehicles in Bangladesh since 2012.
