No relief to Jet Airways chief from HC


New Delhi, Jul 9 (IANS): The Delhi High Court on Tuesday refused to grant interim relief to Jet Airways promoter Naresh Goyal over his plea seeking to quash the Look Out Circular issued against him.

A single judge bench presided by Justice Suresh Kait sought response from the Centre and then posted the matter for hearing on August 23.
