Melodic hit gets a new-age tweak

Mumbai, Jul 12 (IANS): Singers Shaan and Shreya Ghoshal's 2005 song "Naam ada likhna" from the 2005 film, "Yahaan", has been given a refreshing touch by new-age singers Madhubanti Bagchi and Shreyas Puranik.

The original song was composed by Shantanu Moitra for the Shoojit Sircar film, starring Jimmy Sheirgill and Minissha Lamba while the music for the new rendition has been re-produced by Harshit Chauhan.

The music video features couple Divya Agarwal and Varun Sood, who shot in the picturesque locations of Ladakh.

"This is our first music video together. There's no other way to say it, the song is beautiful, the lyrics are perfect and my co-star is amazing! Everything just fit perfectly. We couldn't have asked for anything better," said Varun.

Divya added: "The music was so good that it was an instant yes after we heard the track. Shooting in Ladakh was so much fun with Varun around."
