New Delhi, Jul 21(Agencies): Putting all speculation on split captaincy to rest, the Indian national selectors named Virat Kohli as the captain for all the formats for the series against West Indies. Pacer Bumrah has been rested for the limited-overs fixture while Shikhar Dhawan makes a comeback after injury.
Announcing the squad in Mumbai on Sunday, chief selector MSK Prasad informed that Jasprit Bumrah has been rested for the white ball leg of the tour.
Hardik Pandya and Bumrah have been rested as a part of workload management programme. Bumrah though is part of the Test squad.

Shikhar Dhawan, who was injured in the World Cup match against Australia, made a comeback to ODI squad.
Rohit Sharma, who was the leading run scorer of the recently-concluded World Cup, was selected for first two Tests against West Indies.
Shreyas Iyer, Manish Pandey, Navdeep Saini and Khaleel Ahmed were named in the ODI squad.
Wicket-keeper batsman Wriddhiman Saha returned to India's Test squad after a long injury lay-off. Saha is back in the Test squad after undergoing a shoulder surgery to recover from an injury sustained during the 2018 IPL. Saha last played a Test match in South Africa back in January 2018.
Leg spinner Rahul Chahar is only new face in India's Twenty20 squad. Chahar has been rewarded for his consistent show in the IPL and domestic cricket with a berth in the Twenty20 squad. He is younger cousin of seamer Deepak, who is also in the T20 squad.
India will start their West Indies tour from August 3 and will play three T20s, as many ODIs and two Test matches. This will be India's first assignment post the World Cup. In the recently concluded World Cup, India were defeated by New Zealand in the semifinal by 18 runs.
The current coaching staff, including head coach Ravi Shastri, was given a contract extension for the upcoming West Indies tour and India's home series against South Africa.
