ServiceNow appoints Arun Balasubramanian as India MD


Bengaluru, Jul 24 (IANS): US-based digital workflow company ServiceNow on Wednesday announced the appointment of Arun Balasubramanian as Managing Director - India and Saarc.

Balasubramanian was previously with data management and analytics platform Qlik where he led and grew the Indian business. He has also held senior leadership roles at Microsoft, Salesforce, Computer Associates and HP.

"With immense opportunities in India, ServiceNow's business has grown rapidly, with a growing customer base," Balasubramanian said on his appointment.

"It will be exciting to focus on strengthening the company's portfolio and expanding its presence at even more rapid pace," he added.

In his new role at ServiceNow, Balasubramanian will be responsible for leading the Indian team, developing strategy and accelerating its partner ecosystem.

"We are extremely excited to have Arun lead the ServiceNow India team in one of our fastest growing Asian markets," added Mitch Young, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Asia Pacific and Japan at ServiceNow.
