Why TV star Mudit Nayar rarely smiles

Mumbai, Jul 29 (IANS): Actor Mudit Nayar used to avoid smiling. Why? Because of his bunny teeth.

"I was never a fan of my smile. In most of my pictures, I carry a light smile with my teeth not visible, to ensure that the bunny teeth didn't ruin the picture," Mudit said.

"A lot of people have told me that I have an adorable smile yet, I have never been convinced enough to smile broadly.

"I finally decided to get my teeth chipped to smile boldly. To my astonishment, one of the many reasons that I was selected for the role of Yogi in 'Ishaaron Ishaaron Mein' was because of my smile. So, it is lucky for me," he added, about his current occuparion on the Sony TV show.

Mudit also said that he likes to "smile but I am always conscious and keep my lips sealed".
