New Delhi, Jul 30: Arnab Goswami shot to fame with his show ‘The Newshour,’ which gained prominence for being the most watched English political show. In a press conference held on Republic TV, Arnab was seen firing a series of questions to the Indian film-maker, Aparna Sen.

Arnab can be seen posing a question to Aparna via phone. Unfortunately, due to technical difficulities Aparna was unable to hear any questions, while Arnab can be found screaming out the same set of questions.

The video clip of the press conference immediately went viral. It can be observed that Aparna, continued with her press conference whereas Arnab kept firing questions about Zaira Wasim and other issues.

The press conference was held following the open letter to Prime Minister Modi, signed by 49 celebrities, including Aparna Sen. In the letter the celebrities had condemned the several issues and crimes which were being carried out in the country, most importantly being ‘mob lynching’.

The aftermath of the press conference, led Aparna to troll Arnab in the form of a tweet where she wrote, 'Imaginary conversation with a journalist: Journo: Where were u when the jizya tax was imposed on Hindus? Me: But that was Aurangzeb’s time! Journo: Why were u silent then? Answer me! The nation wants to know!”. The tweet since then has gone viral and attracted lot of hilarious reactions by the netizens.

I stopped watching him few years back! It is better to spend time in a peaceful manner than listening to wild screams of a blind bhaktha! He is scared of Shashi Tharoor now after using him for the popularity of new channel!

Arnab is a blot on journalism. So much is he servile to his master that he has brought disgrace to this profession which, till a few years back was known for its fairness. To be fair to him, Arnab himself, when he first appeared on National Television, was doing a good job and trying to alleviate the suffering of the oppressed. Things suddenly changed when Modi took over as the PM of this country and from then on, Arnab appears to have sold not only his soul but himself to the person who now dictates what he should say and what he should show. No patriotic Indian will appreciate the extent to which Arnab has stooped down. Such a disgraceful fall.

Arnab Goswami has been a brand of journalistic integrity. In the last 20 years he has shown the mirror and the ugly faces of a lots of hoi-polloi hoilier than thou pimps around in India. Is like a tiger who takes the adversaries head on. Billa most of the people who are commenting on against Mr Arnab Goswami are themselves rice bag xtian converts or people subscribing to the murky communist ideology...

Arnab is such a talented and educated person. God has given good voice to raise it against the atrocities and help the poor. Unfortunately he become such a dumb and slave of ruling political party. Some brave panelist must teach him a lesson in front of camera that too from ruling party to bring akal back

Arnab has black spot in the journalism.
He forgot the responsibilities of the journalists.
He doesn’t want to see dark side of modi & good side of Congress.
