Karkala: Investors awareness programme held at NMAMIT

Karkala, Aug 9: ISTE NMAMIT chapter in association with Lifetime Asset Strategies Private Ltd organized a talk on ‘Investors awareness programme’ on August 7.

Gururaj, associate vice-president, investors’ education distribution training for ABSL AMC, inaugurated the event. He gave an overview of various investment options available for the benefit of individuals. He also stressed on the fact that the trading is not good as it would indirectly have an impact on a person's professional performance, and one should plan for Long term investment options for maximum benefits.

Dr Niranjan N Chiplunkar, principal of NMAMIT, in his presidential address stressed upon the need for savings for emergency liabilities, which is very much needed for the younger generations for their retirement benefits.

Vasudeva Pai, ISTE chairman, NMAMIT, welcomed the gathering. Abhishek Rao, assistant professor, department of ISE rendered the vote of thanks. Vincent Linish D’Souza, assistant professor, department of Mechanical Engineering compered the programme.
