Jaitley in AIIMS, PM, Shah visit hospital

New Delhi, Aug 9 (IANS): Former Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley was on Friday admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) after he complained of uneasiness and weakness. Senior doctors at AIIMS later said that Jaitley was "undergoing a medical check-up" and his condition was "stable".

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and other top BJP leaders visited the hospital to inquire about his condition.

A senior AIIMS doctor told IANS that Jaitley was admitted to the cardiology department at 10 a.m. "for a medical check-up. He is being monitored by a team of endocrinologist, nephrologist and cardiologist".

Jaitley's family members are present at the VIP room of the Cardiothoracic and Neurosciences Centre in AIIMS.

"He is stable now and we are keeping a close eye on his health," the doctor added.

Former PM Jaitley not only messed up the economy in 1st 5 years of rule of BJP, he lied to his teeth about the demonetisation, GST and economy and now he has messed up his health for all the lies he told in the parliament the temple of truth and democracy. The after fall of 2014 to 2019 is continuing now and now this article 370 to divert attention. Even if Art 370 is scrapped nothing is going to change in J&K as they are doing far better than the BJP ruled states. Someone had said that BJP in 2024 will leave India into a total collapsed economy like he did to gujarat and it will take 50 years to recover its strength. Time to bring in ballot papers instead of EVM or else BJP will rule for next 50 years as they say it with confidence.

Neither economy of the country nor former Finance Minister health. All seems to be not good in BJP ever since Triple Talaq, RTI bill, UAPA bill and Article 370 abrogated and became a curse to the nation.

    Wish him a speedy recovery.
