Mangaluru: Blood donation camp held at Padua College

Mangaluru, Aug 16: Padua College of Commerce and Management in association with Wenlock blood bank, Padua College alumni association, Lion’s Club Mangaluru Netravati, Padua College NSS unit, JCI Lalbagh and Youth Red Cross organized blood donation camp at the college premises in aid of poor patients especially patients suffering from Dengue.

Dr Sharath, medical officer of Wenlock Hospital was the guest of honor and spoke on the importance of blood donation. Fr Alwyn Serrao principal, Padua College of Commerce and Management, Flavita president of Lion’s Club Mangaluru Netravati, Navithraj president of Padua College alumni association, Deenath D'Sa president JCI Lalbagh, Roshan Santhumayor, vice principal, Padua College and co-ordinator of NSS unit were present on the dais.

More than 100 student volunteers, lecturers, parents and well wishers donated blood.



Rahul welcomed the gathering.
