Mumbai, Aug 19: Jayalaxmi Cooperative Society held its 19th annual general body meeting at Satyanarayana Goenka auditorium, Andheri east on August 18.
Executive president Rangappa C Gowda announced a dividend of 9%.
Senior officials of the society were on the dais.
Parashuram K Daund welcomed the gathering, compered the meeting, read the previous year’s report and said that society has received A grade.
Parashuram K Dound announced the annual activities. Accounts officer Shilpa Santhosh Mandankar presented details of accounts.
Shivakumar H Gowda presented the annual budget.
K Rajegowda presented details on internal accounts, annual affairs and rendered vote of thanks.
