BJP to hold massive outreach movement on Art 370

New Delhi, Aug 26 (IANS): The BJP will conduct a mass outreach movement from September 1 to explain the government's decision to revoke Article 370 of the Constitution related to Jammu and Kashmir.

The month-long movement will endeavour to highlight the developmental work with the people. Sources say abrogation of Article 370 of the Constitution will be projected as a major achievement of the BJP-led NDA government.

Union minister Dharmendra Pradhan said, "After abrogation of the contentious Article, now 85 government schemes can be implemented in J&K."

The mass connection movement will be done in two stages. In the first stage, 35 metros have been earmarked where BJP Chief Ministers and the central leadership will address people on the benefits of abrogation of Article 370.

In stage two, the mass connect will be taken to 370 tier-two and tier-three towns. Of of these, seven places are in J&K. It will also be taken to the district level.

Union ministers Pradhan, Gajendra Shekhawat, senior BJP leader Murlidhar Rao, and BJP's Ladakh MP Jamyang Tsering Namgyal will be among those steering the movement.

    Abrogation of article 370 will prove disater for India especially for Kashmir cause in the long run. Kashmiris irrespective of Kashmiri Pandits, Kashmiri Muslims, Kashmiri Hindus and Kashmiri Buddhists will retaliate for snatching thier special status and rights given by the constitution as nobody will be spared irrespective of thier religion unless they are with BJP. It's going to be mega retaliation of unprecedented scale and people will have nowhere to go but turn to Pakistan for revenge and Pakistan will have upper hand by people's support. BJP has gifted this opportunity to Pakistan and it will exploit it on every level by creating even more carniege, blood shed and even people's voices will be heard in international media and the international community will pour cold water on India's chances of annexing Kashmir. BJP's self serving interest will cost us Kashmir severely. Sub Ke Saath India Ka Sarva Naash Aur Kashmir Ka Bidayi.
