Embassy Group forays into co-living segment


Bengaluru, Aug 27 (IANS): Real estate major Embassy Group on Monday announced its entry into the co-living business under EPDPL Co-Living Private Ltd.

In a statement, Embassy Group said it is starting the co-living business with a plan to build 20,000 beds-infrastructure on its existing land portfolio.

"Embassy Group is starting this new co-living business initiative with 20,000 beds to be built on its existing land portfolio and targets to reach over 1,00,000 owned and operated beds in the next five years," it said.

The company said the official brand launch of the co-living business is planned by the end of 2019 with a flagship project in Bengaluru, followed by Pune.
