Mangaluru: St Agnes College students hold dengue awareness programme

Mangaluru, Aug 31: As many as 40 NSS volunteers of St Agnes College initiated the dengue awareness programme which was held in urban Health Center, Jeppu.

Programme officer A Suresh Shetty, president of Malaria Jaivika Niyanthrana, gave a talk about dengue and its prevention.

After the session the student volunteers were divided into 5 groups and were asked to go to the streets and spread the awareness about dengue and its precautions to the outsiders.



The volunteers rendered 4 hours of service in the morning from 9 am-1 pm.
