Beijing, Sep 2 (IANS): Chinese smartphone manufacturer Huawei is planning to launch a mid-range smartphone by the name of Huawei Enjoy 10 on September 5 at an event in China, news portal GSMArena reported on Monday.
The company has posted a video of the smartphone on Weibo, that reveals some specifications and the launch date of the device.
The video reveals that the phone would come with a triple rear camera setup and a pop-up front camera. The video also shows a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, so this time no in-display scanner.
The phone would be powered by a 2.2GHz Kirin 710 octa-core coupled with 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM and is expected to run on Android 9.0 (Pie) with EMUI 9.1 out of the box.
It was previously leaked through a TENAA listing which revealed a bunch of other specifications about the phone. The device, as per the listing, features a 6.59-inch full HD+ display with a 2340 x 1080 resolution.
The triple rear cameras combination on the device would house a 48MP main sensor, a 8MPl ultra-wide angle sensor and a 2MP depth of field sensor as well.
The phone also has a 16MP pop-up selfie camera.
