Chidambaram mocks govt on 5% GDP growth

New Delhi, Sep 3 (IANS): Do you know whats 5 per cent? This is how former Finance Minister P. Chidambaram responded to a reporter's question about the chances of his bail and custody, and made a jibe at the Centre over the current gross domestic product (GDP) reading.

As the former Minister stepped out of the Court No 502 of Special CBI Judge Ajay Kumar Kuhar hearing his bail plea, a reporter asked the question.

Surrounded by the security personnel, Chidambaram stopped and said, "5 per cent. You all know what is 5 per cent", and walked away.

GST is a big flop. Even educated middle class families these days are preferring to pay for their house contract work in cash. Nobody wants to pay GST if they have a choice. Govt losing out big time...what a joke.

GDP for blind Bhakths is Gujju Dhokla Pakoda. Whether it is 5% or 0% $5 trillion economy is possible only because 'Modi Hai Tho Momkin Hai'.
'Bolne Se Log Kush Hote Hai Tho Apan Ka Kya Jatha Hai'- This is Modi's trade secret to make India $5 trillion economy. For Modi everything happens by word of mouth and blind Bhakths are around to believe him.

    Audacity !

Even somebody under detention, is mocking the nation's growth percentage. And, the man is not an unpagh-gawaar utilizer of fake certificates - he is a legal expert as well as a former FM.

    Now deal with him !

A person is innocent until proven guilty, so is Chidambaram.. This futile effort by BJP against Chidambaram and his son is going on since 2014 but so far nothing has made them to be locked up in prison but repeated detention by ED on concocted charges for media publicity and pull cover over BJP's failures on all issues. So, he is free as you and me do go about with his usual business.
