Heather Locklear gets support from daughter during rehab stint

Los Angeles, Sep 3 (IANS): Actress Heather Locklear, who is undergoing a court-ordered rehab stint, is getting full support from her 21-year-old daughter Ava

A source told "People" that Ava is maintaining a positive relationship with Heather.

Heather shares Ava with her ex Richie Sambora.

"Ava has a very loving and supportive relationship with her mom, and as painful it is, she knows that it's in her mom's hands and God's hands. All she can do is like anybody else, just pray and support," the source added.

The "Melrose Place " fame star has battled substance abuse for years and has sought help in rehab a number of times. Last month, Heather pleaded no contest to eight misdemeanor counts stemming from her two arrests in 2018.

Her two arrests, included five counts of battery on a peace officer, one count of battery on an emergency medical personnel, and two counts of resisting, obstructing, or delaying a peace officer.
