Mangaluru: Students, PTA executive committee of St Agnes PU College celebrate Teachers’ Day

Mangaluru, Sep 6: Cabinet members conducted ‘Agno Lecturers Week’ wherein all the teachers participated with great enthusiasm.

Students celebrated Teachers’ Day on September 5. The programme began with a prayer song. Students showcased their love and respect for the teachers through dance and skit.

Six teachers who performed remarkably in their respective fields were felicitated by the management.



The joint secretary of the institution, Dr Sr Maria Roopa AC addressed the teachers and students.

The Principal, Sr Norine D'Souza AC and Vice Principal, Sr Janet Sequeira AC distributed prizes to the winners of the Agno teams and spot games conducted by the cabinet members.

PTA executive committee members entertained the staff members with dance, drama and games.

The programme was followed by a sumptuous meal.
