Mythological shows are difficult: Ankit Bathla

Mumbai, Sep 7 (IANS): Actor Ankit Bathla of "Thapki Pyar Ki" fame is currently tied up with "Paramavatar Shri Krishna". He says mythological shows aren't easy.

"Mythological shows are different and difficult as the language is something that we don't use daily. The costume, the headgear, hair and weapons are very different. What is really interesting is that you get to live a particular character. I am living Arjun who is one of the most powerful and stunning characters of all time. I am really excited about it," he said.

Looks are also important for such characters.

"If I am wearing a wig and the proper costume, it takes no less than 45 minutes. I remember when I was doing a daily soap, we, male actors, would say girls take so much time to get ready and that they should be called in before time (of shoot) but here, we too take that much time," he said.
