Chloe Lewis opens up on miscarriage

Los Angeles, Sep 9 (IANS): Actress Chloe Lewis opened up about her miscarriage, revealing that she lost one of the twins she was expecting during the eighth month of pregnancy.

The former "Towie" star is due to give birth to the other baby in a few weeks' time.

In an interview to "OK!" magazine, Chloe shared that she was told she had lost one baby after experiencing bleeding in her first trimester earlier this year, reports "dailymail.co.uk".

"I told her about the bleeding and she said that I probably had lost it. The doctor did confirm the twins had been identical. That was so sad for me to hear. I kept thinking this one is going to come out and they would have looked exactly the same.'

After learning about the miscarriage, Chloe grieved for about three months.

Chloe, who is in relationship with boyfriend Danny Flasher, said: "I grieved for about three months. I felt like I had gone into a hole, like I had lost a child. I felt like I had done something wrong because it was my body. Was I going to the gym too much? You start questioning yourself. It wasn't until Danny said, 'Chloe, you've got to snap out of this, you've got one healthy baby, not everyone gets this.'

"I was supposed to be happy but I was sad because I'd lost one. I was happy some days and sad others. I couldn't be totally happy. After three months, though, I said to myself, 'Right, you've got to sort yourself out'."
