New Delhi, Sep 15: The victim in the Swami Chinmayanand case claims to have 35 incriminating videos against the former union minister.
The 23-year-old studying her law alleged that she wore spectacles with a hidden camera to gather evidence against him. She opted for specs as she was not allowed to take her mobile phone inside the room where she would be asked to give Chinmayanand a massage. However, the woman claimed that the evidence containing glasses have been stolen from her hostel room. She also admitted to being constantly monitored by Chinmayanand's men. The woman stated that apart from her, an undergraduate student and a male professor were also called for giving massage service to the former union minister.
However, the father of the victim claims to have stored the videos in other places and has already handed over the evidence to the police.

The woman stated that she was not aware initially who Chinmayanand was and came to know about him when she ended up missing the deadline for the Master's course. Following which, the principal advised her to meet the college chairman.
After managing to land the seat, the woman was reportedly persuaded to work in the school library. As time passed, the workload in the library increased forcing her to stay late hours and making her eventually wind up in the college hostel.
According to the woman, the principal of the college recommended her to opt for hostel stay. The woman recalled being sceptical as the hostel premises were shady and the absence of a warden made matters questionable. Besides, the principal denied giving any such recommendations and alleged the woman was the one to request the hostel stay.
One of the first time the 23-year-old recalls being harassed is in October last year when she was taped during her bath. To prevent the release of the videos she was blackmailed to visit Chinmayanand's residence. This was when she was raped and harassed for over a year after when she decided to voice against the torture.
In the investigations carried out after the allegations against the former minister, the SIT asked the woman to produce the receipt for the purchase of the spectacles which she stated she will provide at the earliest.
Further, recalling her viral video of accusing the minister, before running away she had assured her family that she would keep in touch. Although, the contact would be maintained with something apart from phones because she felt that she was being tracked.
The woman firmly believes that with the evidence she has she will get justice and will save several others from facing harassment at the hands of the minister.
