Muscat: Coastal Cricketers Win FRIENDI Cup - 2009

Muscat, Jul 12: Coastal Cricketers emerged the champions of FRiENDi Cricket cup 2009  after winning a keenly contested match over Al Faisal Group held on Friday night in Muscat . The two day floodlit tournament was played on 9th July and 10 The July All the matches were played in the night using floodlights. The tournament was a success and well organized. The tournament attracted a huge number of spectators.

The Organizers declared this tournament a success, providing entertainment to twenty   teams but also for the large crowd of enthusiastic supporters who watched the game with great pleasure. Organizers thanked all the Teams  viz. Telyboyz,Al Faisal,Proton XI,Coastal  Cricketers ,Oman CITY (team With Omani Players) ,Times Of Oman,Al Seer Cricket Team,AL Khalili ,TOCO,S&T Friends 11,Kings XI,Strike Force ,Ernst and Young, OIG Hail ,Orinetall Printing Press ,Travel City,AL Khoudh Cricket Club,Shankholi   XI,Gangster XI And NTS Challegers XI for  participating in this tournament .

This tournament was sponsored by FRiENDi Mobile, Muscat Pharmacy, Al faisal Group, Mumtaz Tea and Gulf Sports Club.
