No India talks unless J&K special status restored: Imran

Islamabad, Sep 19 (IANS): Pledging to present the "Kashmir case" at the UN General Assembly "like no one ever did before", Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that there was no use talking to India unless restored Jammu and Kashmir's special status.

He made the statement at a presser on Wednesday after inaugurating the Integrated Transit Trade Management System at the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, Dawn news reported.

The Prime Minister said that "unless they (New Delhi government) lift curfew in Kashmir and rescind the revocation of Article 370, there is no chance of negotiations (with India)".

He also warned against Pakistanis wanting to go and fight in Kashmir.

"Anyone from Pakistan wanting to fight in Kashmir or go for jihad in Kashmir would do the greatest injustice to the Kashmiris. Such an act would be an act of animosity towards the Kashmiris," Khan added.

The Prime Minister's remarks come a day ahead of his trip to Saudi Arabia on Thursday before departing to the US to attend the 74th General Assembly session.

Who is this man to dictate India what India need to do? Kashmir is an integral part of India that is including POK. Let him give back our land POK first and then we will think whether we should talk an bankrupted country. His own people will throw him out from the throne, it 's a matter of time.
    Jai Hind.

Because if talks happen now Legally he ( Pak) has to vacate POK completely
    Thats why no talks
This is like some one has stolen our land they dont want to talk to us because if they talk legally they have to vacate the land
Just look at the Population of India and The Accession letter by Raja Hari Singh of Kashmir .This much is enough to prove any international agency that J and K is an integral part of India

What is there to blow up....J&K is integral part of India and Indian government has every right to make decisions in the larger interest of the nation. If diplomacy didn't work for over 72 years what assurance is there it will work in future. May be if you can join UN team then perhaps there is chance that you will convince the rogue state of Pakistan to give up POK including Gilgit, Baltistan and Aksai Chin region...!

who blew up this issue? who is talking about war? who is talking about Kashmir in every international meetings? India only highlighted the terrorist activity in the valley & other parts including Mumbai attack. Since J&K is integral part of India we have the full right do whatever we want & pak don't have any right to talk about it. but I don't know what exactly you want to tell. do you feel spreading terrorism by Pakistan is correct method?
