SC directs Yechury to move J&K HC over Tarigami detention

New Delhi, Oct 1 (IANS): The Supreme Court on Tuesday directed CPI-M leader Sitaram Yechury to move the Jammu and Kashmir High Court on his plea challenging detention of his party colleague Mohammed Yousuf Tarigami.

A three-judge bench headed by Justice N.V. Ramana also directed Dr Sameer Kaul to move the J&K High Court over his petitions seeking relaxation of internet curbs in hospitals in Kashmir.
