Bijal Joshi to feature in 'Tera Kya Hoga Alia'

Mumbai, Oct 1 (IANS): Actress Bijal Joshi, who was last seen in the show "Ladies Special", will now feature in the daily soap "Tera Kya Hoga Alia".

The show narrates the story of a married couple, Alia (Anusha Mishra) and Alok (Harshad Arora). They were high-school sweethearts and are now teachers in the same school. The couple, along with their son Rohan, take the viewers through the streets of Agra into their sweet home in Teacher's colony.

Talking about her role, Bijal said: "I am going to play the role of a girl named Apsara, who is going to bring in unexpected turbulence into Alia and Alok's life. She is a bubbly Gujarati girl, wearing heavy oxidised jewellery and donning a proper Kathiyawadi accent.

"It actually feels like this role was written for me. Although it's a guest appearance, I was very excited to play the role of a Gujarati girl as I myself am a Gujarati and I could sense during the look test itself that I am going to thoroughly enjoy playing the role of Apsara."

"Tera Kya Hoga Alia" airs on Sony SAB.
