Modi has not taken a single leave in 22 years: Amit Shah

Kolkata, Oct 1 (IANS): Praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister and BJP President Amit Shah said here on Tuesday that after a long time, the country has got a leader who works 18 hours daily.

Addressing a convention on NRC at the Netaji Indoor Stadium here, Shah, an old associate of Modi, said the Prime Minister has not taken leave for a single day in the last 22 years.

"In the last 22 years, he hasn't taken leave for a single day... He also never went on vacation. He works 18 hours a day for 365 days in a year. You don't get such leaders often," Shah said,

    What about the time he went MEDITATING on that mountain cave just before election result?? Was it on the Job paid non-holiday holiday? a plus beeee to the hole plus square plus bracket close and then open and then no holiday.

    Wow .. joke of the history.... what about all unwanted foreign tours which results nothing ...... better let him take rest and let him hide in olden monkeys cave....otherwise..
    ..unemployment will still increase..... economy will go completely dead...crimes will increase..... .. industries will close their shutters..... imports will increase.....exports from India no one wants.... prices will sky rock.....

    Yes not single leave but multiple leaves.


    18 hours hard work includes Bear Grills TV show,attending various VIP weddings,modelling for brands like Jio,Paytm for front page ad,watching Akshay Kumar films on that big TV screen,photoshoots and celebrity interviews.

    Keeping a tab on another person for 22 years in not something to be scoffed at.

    Regardless, there is work, and there is smart work.

    The smart work is not counted by hours, but by the output.

    This is the reason why, people in the developed world, work for a few hours and dominate the world...

    ... and our people boast of 18 hours of work, and we continue to be a third world country.

    That is just as half. India won't get an autocratic PM who'll announce DeMo overnight. Who'll dictate CBI/RBI. Who'll order abrogation of Art. 370 without consulting the parliament. Who'll go to gh US to defend how right he is in doing it. Who has several promises unfinished.
