Hyderabad, Oct 7 (Agencies) : Indian Tennis star Sania Mirza has now confirmed that her sister Anam will be getting married this December.

She has confirmed the engagement with former Indian Cricket captain and former MP Mohammad Azharuddin’s son, Asad.

While Azharuddin was recently elected as the president of the Hyderabad Cricket Association, his son is plying his trade with Goa cricket. Meanwhile, Anam Mirza is a fashion stylist

Mohammad Asaduddin made his first-class debut during the Ranji Trophy last season. The Hyderabad born played two games for Goa but couldn’t make a huge impact. In fact, in the three innings he played, he scored just 17 runs at an average of 5.66 and was subsequently left out of the side. He also represented Hyderabad Cricket Association Colts XI in 2009.

According to Cricket website Crictracker, Sania Mirza says “My sister is actually getting married in December. We just came back from her bachelorette trip in Paris. We are really excited. She is marrying a lovely boy. His name is Asad and he happens to be the son of Mohammad Azharuddin and we are really excited about it,”
